Gym Schedule: Six days each week in the gym - trains each body part every six days and trains abs four times each week. Spends 1.5 hours in the gym each gym visit - one hour on weights and one-half on cardio.
Discovered: Fall, 2001 by Ron Lloyd of Body Image Productions at a Bodybuilding Show in Portland, Oregon.

First live appearance - Jimmy Z’s Muscle Show in Hollywood, CA. Headlined own show in May, 2004 and now a feature performer ever since performing in bars and stages throughout the USA.
Personal Hobbies and Interests:
Weight training and going to the gym; Relaxing by the pool and in the Vegas sun; Dining at fine restaurants, and succeeding at eating healthy and consuming plenty of protein; Going to the movies; Collecting electronic gadgets-cool cell phones, ipods, hand-held multi-media players; Spending time with love ones and close friends.
I consider my self a very sexual person and I love the pleasure of sex. I am an exhibitionist and I love to show off my body.
